Nicolae has extensive experience in e-commerce (Shop @ CVS and Shopify sites), trading platforms (Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, Wellington Management), healthcare (CVS, Anthem, TriNetX, GE Healthcare), courseware, and sites at universities such as MIT, Harvard, Boston College, Georgetown, and Duke, to name a few.

Nicolae designs with Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, and Miro to solve complex design challenges.

Managing design systems, coding front-end templates (over 20+ years of HTML and CSS experience), and advocating for UX audits and accessibility best practices are aspects of a UX/UI professional that Nicolae appreciates more as the journey continues.

As a dynamic collaborator with diverse global teams, Nicolae mentors designers to push their boundaries when problem-solving design challenges.

With human behavior evolving rapidly, Nicolae believes that a strong foundation in UX, information architecture, UI, and intelligent copy –  the core of the user experience – is key to overcoming any design obstacles.
