Directed comprehensive UX/UI efforts at TriNetX, including multi-platform design systems, a scalable Figma UI library, AI-driven feature design, advanced Figma Make prototypes, accessibility leadership, design-focused product improvements, and enhanced cross-functional workflows within an agile framework.
Redesigned, developed, and replatformed a Magento 2 site to Shopify. Created a wallpaper customizer, executed SEO migration, implemented advanced REGEX, and improved Core Web Vitals.
Overhauled CareAcademy’s digital experience through comprehensive UX/UI improvements, including redesigned navigation, custom page templates, and system-wide desktop and mobile refinements. Additionally, managed the WordPress environment and WP Engine hosting for 5+ years, ensuring performance, security, and reliable ongoing maintenance.
Led end-to-end UX/UI design for CVS’s prescription home delivery service and CVS Shop e-commerce platforms across desktop, mobile web, iOS, and Android, improving navigation, shopping flows, and overall patient and customer experience. Conducted usability research, mentored design team members, and drove strategic initiatives such as integrating CarePass pricing to enhance clarity, value perception, and engagement.
Designed and developed a wide range of MIT Open Learning digital experiences—including the Center for Advanced Virtuality site, OpenCourseWare search and course interfaces, OpenCourseWare Studio, MITxOnline, and xPro—focused on usability, structure, and scalable content management. Over eight years, this work also included building and maintaining more than ten custom WordPress sites on WP Engine to support research initiatives, academic programs, and digital courseware.
Led UX, UI, and WordPress development for the Labor History Resource Project, creating an accessible platform with 400+ archival resources and the When Teachers Mobilize subsite, and achieved a 98.8 WCAG AA score through a five-month accessibility effort.
